Are you ready to transform your yoga practice with proper alignment and the use of props?
This Series is perfect for new student or seasoned practitioners. Each practice will begin with a seated centering and a flow to warm up the body focusing on a pose category. We will then break down the category poses to learn the fundamentals of safe and proper alignment and utilize props to deepen our practice, refine poses, and prevent injury and support old injuries.
