Join Jenna Casorio to “begin” your Yoga journey!

This Beginner Series will start you right at the beginning…a seated meditation to center you, breathing techniques to ground you. We will build in poses weekly to warm-up, work the core, flow through sun salutations, standing poses, balance, cool down, and savasana! You will learn proper alignment, build strength and flexibility, and reduce stress!
