Full Moon Flow & Meditation
August 19 @ 7:00 pm - 8:15 pm| $20.00
*** Due to tropical storm Isaias, this event has been re-scheduled. Those registered please check your email for our new outdoor date and time, as well as other options if you are not available to join us. Stay safe and I hope you enjoy the moon when the weather passes!
Join Cara Files to embrace the full moon, under the sky of the Hill-Stead Museum. Our meditation will begin with the significance of this much needed full moon, followed by a slow yoga flow harnessing it’s energy, then moving into a guided 30 minute meditation.
The Sturgeon Moon was named after North America’s largest fish, the lake sturgeon, and swims into our lives to prove we are stronger than we realize! This August full moon signifies hope and survival, encouraging all of us experiencing tough times in our lives.
