Join Jessica Crane, new mommy and certified Yoga Teacher in a bonding and nurturing practice for Mom and baby!
For babies 6 weeks – pre-crawling.
Babies will enjoy yoga poses to soothe, aid in digestion and sleep, and development of mind and body. Moms will restore and rejuvenate through stretching poses, regain abdominal strength, and reclaim their bodies. This class is a great opportunity to bond with your baby and to connect with other moms.
Please bring a receiving blanket to lie on.
No yoga experience required.
Please no older siblings.
