Prenatal yoga is a uniquely designed practice to help you find complete comfort and release, which encourages what’s known as the relaxation response. At times your practice will be active and energetic, as well as restorative and relaxing.
The foundation is the breath, your greatest ally while giving birth.Classes will begin with supportive poses for centering, warming up, and connecting to breath, followed by a series of active standing and squatting poses. You will end in a restorative pose, with guided meditation to cultivate deep relaxation.

There will be an opportunity to share your experiences and challenges
with your new community.

  • Jessica Crane is a Certified 200-hr RYT from West Hartford Yoga. She has studied under David Regelin at the Kula Yoga Project in NYC, with Beth Conant for Prenatal Yoga, and is a Certified Acrovinyasa Teacher.
    Jess and Tony are new Mom & Dad to Aria and are expecting their second little girl.
