Join Dana for a 3-week series of yoga exploring your EDGE.
Classes meet on Wednesdays from 6-7pm.
Each vinyasa class will challenge your body, mind and spirit.
Classes will begin with a heat-building warm up, followed by strength and stamina building with core mat challenges, squats, lunges and more…
