Covid-19 Studio Reopening Update:

We miss you so much! And we can’t wait to flow together in the Studio again soon. Thank you for the support, strength, patience, and enthusiasm from this community and of course the power of our practice. We are so grateful for YOU! As we look forward to the days and months ahead, we wanted to share some updates with you. Many of you have reached out, upon the Governor’s announcement, that gyms and studios will be able to open in Phase Two, on June 20. We have set our very exciting reopening date for July 6.

Our intention is to reopen with confidence and commitment to the highest standards of health and safety for all of our students and YFTH team. At this time, we are awaiting the CT guidelines to ensure Yoga Studios open safely. We know our sacred space will look and feel different with a combination of in-studio and virtual classes. Our in-studio classes will begin with an abbreviated schedule and reduced capacity, with no hands-on adjustments, and with heightened cleaning and health precautions. We believe YOGA is needed now more than ever and we are prepared to do whatever it takes to keep everyone safe!

We are continuing our free Zoom virtual classes while the studio is temporarily closed and will incorporate an “At Home” virtual component to our in-studio classes upon reopening. Our YouTube channel is also available to rewatch any of your fav classes!

We’re better together, so let us know if there are class types, times and teachers you’d love to see. Watch for our Safe Studio Standards, In-Studio and Virtual Class Schedules, and more in the next few weeks.

Thanks for your support, patience and cooperation. Stay safe and happy.

with light and love, Diane

I can’t recommend Diane’s classes enough! She is warm, friendly, encouraging and her classes are my favorite kind—challenging vinyasa flows with fun transitions and new sequences each and every time. And such a positive energy! I leave every class revitalized, sweaty, and knowing I’ll be feeling it the next day. I love how she pays attention to everyone’s skill level and makes adjustments so you can power up or power down helping everyone find their edge regardless of where they are in their practice. Plus, she regularly throws new and more advanced expressions of poses in the mix keeping class (and yoga, in general!) fresh and exciting. I can’t say enough positive things about Diane and her classes!

Thank you for being so authentic in your Yoga practice. I am grateful for the open-hearted practice you lead.

Words really can not express how grateful I am to you. Your beautiful soul, your words, your kind heart truly helped me to get through some tough days and also helped me notice the good ones. Your story, the loss of your niece, and decision to stay with your teacher training during such a difficult time inspired me tor econsider my decision to quit! Thank you for being you, for sharing your heart, for reminding me that no matter what happens, I can get through with an open heart, my practice and surrounding myself with love
